Quality Control: Superior quality is the number one priority at Optimum Precision. All incoming raw materials require vendor Certificate of Analysis reports to be entered prior to entering our manufacturing process. Random samples are taken to validate our specifications. Routing sheets follow each lot produced that include all processing data and initial raw material lot numbers. Parts that require additional handling or machining have those values recorded and are matched to specifications. SQC charts are utilized to maintain conformity. Random destructive testing on finished products is utilized on those products where certain properties are critical.
